The Advisory Council is a concept developed by Andrew Carnegie, the first "billionaire" in America. He said it was one of the two most powerful concepts that allowed him to build his business empire.

Although our members are in different businesses, they often find the problems and challenges of their businesses are very similar. Usually the leaders of these businesses have few peers who they can discuss their critical issues with candidly, or who can offer feedback based on their experiences. Our Advisory Councils provide business leaders with a critical tool that they may not otherwise have. Plus our members benefit from the experiences, both good and bad, of others who have been in their shoes.

Business today is more complicated and fast paced. Increased competition, new technologies, customer loyalty and retaining employees are just a few of the daily distractions for a business. Our Council Meetings allow us to work "on" business and not just "in" it.
